Contact support
What is a VIN and where can I find it?

A VIN is a 17-character vehicle identifier. Look on the driver’s side dashboard, the door frame or the registration documents.

Is checking availability free?

Checking availability does not purchase a report. Review the available report and its price before proceeding to payment.

Why can CARFAX and AutoCheck differ?

The services use different sources and update schedules. An event may appear in one report and be absent from the other.

How will I receive my report?

After payment and successful generation, you can access your report. If it is still being prepared, check its order status rather than placing another order.

How long can I access a purchased report?

Download your report within 30 days of purchase. This is the access period, not a promise that the vehicle’s history will remain unchanged.

Does a report include auction photos?

Do not assume auction photos are included. Check the contents of the selected product before purchasing.
